At the same time, the Infiniti went off the road and hit the tree line. Tragically, 34-year-old Jordan Dennis Kramer of Clarissa, who was a passenger in the Cobalt, died at the scene from his injuries sustained in the crash. According to the state patrol, he had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
