Marie-Lou Nurk in Bathing Suit Says "Its Giving Texas in St Tropez" Celebwell

Marie-Lou Nurk is heating up the French Riviera in her swimsuit. Jason Oppenheim's model ex-girlfriend flaunts her slender figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "It's giving Texas in St Tropez," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Marie-Lou Nurk stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Marie-Lou clearly spends a lot of time working out. In an interview with Vogue Germany her former flame revealed that while he is focused on weightlifting, "if Marie-Lou makes me do it, I'll take her to Barry's boot camp." Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Marie-Lou's top beauty tip? "Since I use sunscreen on my face every day, my face is just a lot whiter than the rest of my body. And that's why I use a selftanner every other day. I love "Sundance" by dm . It's cheap and doesn't stain," she revealed to Vogue.

According to Marie-Lou "there are not only positives but also negatives to being in the public eye – be it on social media, in the press or on TV – you just get judged a lot quicker and more often," she told Vogue. "But you have to be true to yourself and never compare yourself to others. There are always prettier, smarter or more successful people, and even more so in business."

Exercise helps Marie-Lou stay balanced. "To be honest, a few years ago I wouldn't have been so relaxed about the hype. I've come a long way since then and I like myself just the way I am. In general, sport and my family and friends help me to stay centered," she told Vogue.

Marie-Lou also enjoys running. "I love to go jogging in the Seine," she told Grazia. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
